This fused glass art piece depicts an abstract sea scene - it consists of art glass in varying shades of blues, clear, white, and beige, with glass powder used to make a sandy texture on the beach. The glass is layered to look like the rolling waves of the ocean and is sure to make you think of the sea each time you see them.

The artwork is 100% glass, inserted into a deep faux-wooden frame. There is a hook on the back so it may be hung on a nail.

The frame is 4.5" x 6.5".

The waves are made from the top "rolled" edges of sheet glass - prized items that I collect until I have enough to turn into an art piece! Every edge is unique, my collection of colors is always changing, and so these will remain one-of-a-kind items.

Each piece of glass was hand-cut by me, and the piece was fused in my kiln. To clean, just wipe gently with a soft cloth.
